Windsor Estates of St. Charles is seeking a qualified MDS Coordinator | LPN to manage the RAI and care management process from admission to discharge in compliance with Federal, State and Certification guidelines.
You will work with the Director of Nursing and VP of Clinical Reimbursement to coordinate information systems and educate the clinical team. Requirements include an active LPN license, MDS experience preferred, and strong knowledge of OBRA, Case-Mix and Medicare/Medicaid processes.
