Staffing Coordinator, Nursing

The Pearl of St Charles is looking for a qualified and reliable Scheduler to join our dynamic team!

We are looking for an experienced Nursing Scheduler who demonstrates a love for people and a strong work ethic. In return for your expertise, you will enjoy unlimited opportunities to learn and grow!!

• Maintain the nurse schedules daily.
• Manage day to day conflicts that may arise with the nursing schedule.
• Schedule all Certified Nursing Assistants and professional nursing staff:
• Communicate any scheduling problems or unmet needs timely.
• Track staff attendance.
• Partner with Human Resources for payroll review of all nursing timecards.
• Communicate open positions, position changes/staff changes.
• Document all patient care in the electronic medical records system.
• Always promote the highest level of customer experience when interacting with family members, visitors and co-workers.
• Attend all required in-services in order to be qualified to provide the highest level of care.

• High School Graduate or Equivalent.
• Preferably have a Certified Nursing Assistant certification and maintain good standing with the registry.
• Must have the ability to understand and follow written and oral directions.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and follow directions as directed.
• Promote and facilitate teamwork.
• Demonstrate a high standard of ethics.
• Dependability.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service.
