Travel ER Nurse

Responsibilities

Emergency Room RNs (ER RNs) are responsible for recording patient symptomology and collecting comprehensive patient histories. They assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in collaboration with healthcare team members. Key duties include:

• Managing care for patients with life-threatening conditions and performing triage interventions
• Assisting physicians with exams, diagnostic tests, and treatments
• Preparing, administering, and documenting prescribed medications

• Strong assessment and critical thinking abilities
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure emergency situations
