Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN

• Ensure the delivery of efficient and effective nursing care
• Achieve positive clinical outcomes and resident/family satisfaction
• Practice in accordance with accepted standards, state and federal regulations, and licensing requirements
• Operate within the scope of practice defined by the state Nurse Practice Act
• Provide resident care and direct nursing care during the assigned shift
• Make staff assignments
• Mentor and educate nursing personnel
• Collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals to ensure quality resident care

• An active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing in the state of practice
• Prior LPN experience in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred
• Passion for working with seniors and providing excellent resident care
