Metric Geo is Hiring a Quality Control Manager!
Metric Geo is seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager to lead QC operations across multiple sites. This is an incredible opportunity to join groundbreaking projects at a time of real growth!
In this role, you'll oversee quality control for aggregates and asphalt, ensuring all materials meet specification and compliance standards. You'll lead and support QC Technicians, manage lab operations, liaise with the DOT and external customers, and drive a strong safety culture across all aspects of the work.
What you'll bring:- Previous QC experience in asphalt, aggregate, or a related construction materials environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to interpret test data, review lab reports, and resolve technical issues
- Flexible availability and willingness to travel between facilities
- Valid driver's licence required
