Job Description
Inspects, tests, and adjusts new and reworked tools, dies, gauges, jigs, and fixtures for conformance to specifications such as dimensions, tolerances, and hardness, applying knowledge of tool and die design, shop mathematics, and machining and testing procedures, using precision measuring instruments, testing equipment, and hand tools.

- Perform inspection for finished punches and dies using measurement devices
- Accurately document the results of the inspection testing
- Verify that the finished product meets the correct specification
- This list is not intended to be all-inclusive; employees may perform other related duties as assigned.
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- 0–1 year’s experience
- This position requires standing, sitting, bending, walking, reaching, and grasping
- Uses close vision and depth perception to perform inspections
- Ability to push, pull, lift, stack, and carry materials weighing 1–25 pounds on a regular basis
- LVI Inspector, Nikon Inspector, Special Parts Assembler, or Inspector
