We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Technician I to join our Distribution Center team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing daily quality audits, identifying and reporting quality issues, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to ensure products meet company standards.

Key Responsibilities- Perform daily quality audits and inspections within assigned Distribution Center areas following documented audit procedures.
- Conduct routine quality checks throughout the shift to ensure compliance with established standards.
- Report quality concerns and follow up on recurring issues with appropriate departments to support corrective actions and process improvements.
- Participate in special projects focused on improving quality policies, programs, and operational processes.
- Execute finished goods rework, re-boxing, and scrap processes as required.
- Accurately document audit findings and maintain quality records for reporting purposes.
- Support quality initiatives and other departmental projects as assigned.
- Demonstrated history of responsibility, reliability, and accuracy in previous work experience.
- Strong attendance and dependability.
- Ability to read, understand, and follow written specifications and work instructions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Ability to complete annual skills training as required.
This position requires the ability to:
- Perform repetitive hand and eye coordination tasks requiring gripping and pinching for the majority of the shift.
- Lift, carry, push, or pull:
- Up to 10 lbs continuously
- Up to 25 lbs repetitively
- Up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Items over 50 lbs require a team lift or mechanical assistance.
- Bend, twist, squat, kneel, and stoop throughout an 8-hour workday.
- Stand for extended periods (8–10 hours per shift).
- Use visual inspection skills to identify quality defects and unsafe conditions.
- Perform work requiring moderate physical exertion and precision.
This position has been designated as Safety Sensitive.
