What You’ll Be Doing- Lead up to four QC technicians, developing capability while directing laboratory priorities and quality activities.
- Oversee testing and quality control across raw materials, in-process materials and finished products, taking action when results fall outside specification.
- Maintain the site’s ISO 9001 Quality Management System, including internal audits, management reviews and document control.
- Partner with production, mining, sales and customers to resolve quality issues and support reliable product performance.
- Engineering, chemistry, physical sciences or another relevant technical background - bachelor’s, associate degree or equivalent relevant experience considered.
- Supervisory, team leadership, laboratory or quality experience within manufacturing, construction, mining, mineral processing or a related process industry is advantageous.
- Working knowledge of quality systems and ISO 9001 is valuable, alongside strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
- Early-career engineers and technically strong recent graduates with the potential to develop into leadership are also encouraged to apply.
