Smithfield Foods in Illinois (St. Charles) is seeking a Utilities/QA helper to support the Food Safety Quality Assurance Department. You will inspect and document product safety and quality, audit programs, and assist with GMP compliance.
You will monitor cleaning procedures across two buildings, verify ovens and dry chambers, and perform various testing such as temperatures, net weight, residual oxygen, and metal detector verifications. This role requires physical work and accurate math.
