The Bar Captain is responsible for supervising daily bar operations, ensuring exceptional beverage quality, and delivering outstanding guest service. This role leads the bar team, maintains high service standards, and contributes to creating a refined and memorable experience aligned with Nemo’s upscale concept.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the bar.
- Ensure all beverages are prepared and served according to established recipes and presentation standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate bartenders and bar staff to maintain excellent service quality.
- Maintain high standards of guest engagement, ensuring a personalized and memorable experience.
- Monitor stock levels, control inventory, and minimize waste.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety standards.
- Assist in developing signature cocktails and beverage promotions aligned with the venue’s concept.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and proper maintenance of bar equipment.
