Boyd Gaming - - Responsibilities:
Maintain bar stock by transporting cases of beer, bottled water, liquor from walk-in coolers to the bar;
Prepare written requisitions to maintain stock;
Maintain supplies of ice, glassware, drink garnishes, and rotate fresh fruit;
Clean and maintain all areas of the bar;
Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to standard beverage recipes
