Overview
Description
We are seeking an experienced retailer to join Five Mile Queenstown as a Section Manager in the Women's wear department.
Type
Full time
- Lead and coach a high-performance sales team in the Women's wear department with a focus on delivering excellent customer service and achieving sales targets.
- Maintain high standards of product presentation, stock availability, and loss prevention within the section.
- Contribute to store operations as a key holder; support scheduling and opening/closing duties as required.
- Proven retail experience with natural leadership qualities to motivate a sales team.
- Key-holder experience would be preferred.
- NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa is required.
- Availability:
Tue/Wed/Fri/Sat 8:30am–6:00pm and Thurs 8:30am–3:00pm (42 hours per week); must be available to work Public Holidays as required.
