Lowe's - 2900 West Clay Street - Responsibilities:
Provide SMART customer service at all times through the daily execution of Lowes customer service policies, procedures and programs;
Complete Centralized Return to Vendor (CRTV) and Return to Manufacturer (RTM) processes;
Process and return damaged, discontinued, defective, out-for-repair, special order and vendor buy-back merchandise;
Generate and monitor reports related to inventory and returns;
Coordinate with drivers and receiving team to ensure merchandise is accessible for customers and order pickup
