Position Summary
Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing Membership upgrades and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and making efforts to meet Membership goals.
ResponsibilitiesMaintains safety of facilities by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines including conducting safety sweeps, following proper forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe situations to management.
Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning items, wrapping and palletizing items, ensuring accuracy of orders and invoices, securing items until Members arrive, and following up on out‑of‑stock merchandise.
Completes work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources; collaborates with managers, coworkers, customers, and other business partners; identifies priorities, deadlines, and expectations; carries out tasks; communicates progress; recommends improvement opportunities; adapts to change; responds to difficulties and feedback.
Provides Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting Company products and services.
Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity; implements related action plans using the Open Door Policy; applies these in executing business processes and practices.
Works as a team, builds strong and trusting relationships, communicates with impact, energy, and positivity to motivate and influence others; strengthens the team by helping to develop and mentor others; recognizes others' contributions and accomplishments.

The hourly wage range for this position is $18.00 to $26.00*.
Additional compensation may include premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
