Responsibilities:Handle donations with care, sort and categorize goods, inspect items for quality, price items using AMI software, maintain store cleanliness, stock shelves, provide positive customer interactions, ensure workplace safety, safeguard assets, and follow policies and safety regulations.
Qualifications & Skills:High School Diploma/GED preferred, effective communication, organized, capable of interacting with diverse populations, basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
Key Duties:Support store operations, maintain standards, build professional relationships, and perform all assigned tasks to ensure a high-quality shopping environment.
