Job Description

(These functions are intended as a general illustration of the work performed in this job classification and are not all inclusive for this position)

* Responsible for operating and changing all liquor bottles, wine boxes, soda tanks, and co2 tanks; returning and replacing all empty tanks, kegs, bottles, and boxes by the end of each shift.

* Responsible for keeping all supplies, including dollies, in their proper storage areas.

* Must adhere to and monitor the cleaning schedule for Storerooms and Coolers.

* Responsible for keeping fruit, milk, or any other edibles off the floor in the walk-in coolers and in their proper storage area.

* Responsible for keeping coolers neatly stocked and rotated.

* Receive and store all orders from vendors and/or warehouse.

* Stock and maintain side stations.

* Work well under minimal supervision

* Must have a friendly and outgoing personality

* Ability to multi task
