What You'll Do as a Store Manager:- Lead daily store operations to drive sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members and future leaders.
- Create schedules and ensure proper staffing for efficient store operations.
- Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked stores with strong visual presentation.
- Monitor inventory, merchandising, pricing, and product assortment to maximize sales.
- Manage payroll, expenses, shrink, and store financial performance.
- Handle cash, deposits, reporting, and store transactions accurately and securely.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and foster a positive guest experience.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and liquor regulations.
- Conduct store audits and maintain high operational and image standards.
- Lead with professionalism, accountability, and a strong team-first attitude.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail, restaurant, grocery, or related service industry
- At least 2 years of management experience with direct responsibility for financial performance, including P&L accountability, in a high-volume retail environment
- Proven ability to build and sustain a customer-focused culture that prioritizes service excellence and guest satisfaction
