- Fulfill customers' merchandising needs through communication and relationship building
- Stock store shelves and maintain or change out displays
- Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees
- Work closely with the sales representative to optimize product visibility and construct promotional displays
- Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps
- Capture pictures of displays at assigned stores
- Order product via iPad tablet for shelves and displays
- Ensure Nabisco brands are represented, stocked, and maintained according to company guidelines
- Ensure negotiated plans with store managers are followed and communicate issues to management
- Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager
- Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches
- Represent Mondelēz with a positive and upbeat attitude in stores
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
- Positive and professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently
- Ability to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations
- Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
- Occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs
- Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus
- Live within 25 miles range from the primary location:
Woodhaven, MI - Schedule availability required:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday Friday, Saturday or Sunday - Availability to start at 7:30am or 07:00 AM
Demonstrates strong relationship-building and communication skills to fulfill merchandising needs while ensuring product visibility and adherence to company guidelines. Capable of managing in-store displays and executing promotional strategies effectively.
