Sales Representative, Business Development
We are looking for passionate, motivated, and self-sufficient sales professionals to join our team.
As a Client Account Manager, you will be responsible for meeting with current customers and developing new business opportunities through those relationships.
The organization will help with some general marketing materials and general marketing activities.
The ideal candidate would have experience selling Data Center, Storage, Sever, Desktop, Laptop, Routers/Switches and other like technologies to small and mid-market customers.
Managed Services and/or Cybersecurity sales experience is a plus.
Job Responsibilities
- Work closely with the IT Delivery Manager and team to ensure excellent customer support
- Conduct quarterly strategic business reviews with clients
- Create and execute sales campaigns to grow revenue at customer accounts
- Work with marketing to create cross-selling and upsell campaign with customers
- Work with marketing to create a referral campaign with customers
- Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of products and services, industry trends, and competition
- Provide new product introductions to clients
- Maintain current and accurate account information and contact information within our CRM software
- Weekly forecasting - know the $ amounts, status, decision makers and next steps in closing opportunities
- Attend trade shows and seminars as needed
Qualifications
- 2 – 3 years of previous Account Management sales experience
- Must be a driven salesperson that is serious about growing revenue and making money!
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Ideal candidate will have experience selling technology and/or Managed Services and Cybersecurity
- Strong selling and negotiation skills
- Outstanding time management and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills via the phone and internet and in person
- Demonstrated ability to be proactive and take the initiative to get things done
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at once (flexible and self-sufficient)
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, confident, and tenacious
- Comfortable creating and delivering compelling presentations
