Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role based in Greater St. Louis for an Account Manager. The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, managing customer accounts, and providing tailored solutions to meet client needs. Tasks include generating new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, ensuring client satisfaction, and managing customer inquiries. In addition, the Account Manager will collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery while achieving sales and performance goals.
Qualifications- Experience in account management, customer service, and building client relationships
- Proficiency in negotiation, problem-solving, and contract management
- Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, including sales and operations
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic understanding of business operations
- Self-motivated with a customer-centric mindset and a focus on achieving sales targets
- Prior experience in the construction, contracting, or home improvement industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required
