GET TO KNOW YOUR AREA:

  • Advance innovation and stimulate demand generation at the end-user level across South US (Mississippi, Alabama, Louisiana, Tennessee, Arkansas and Missouri) by contributing to the long-term success of the entire R&P operation.
  • Lead and influence distribution partner sales teams and Envu’s contractors to ensure strong stewardship practices.
  • Drive product adoption and consumption among applicators/ end-user customers.

YOUR MISSION WILL BE TO:

  • Drive demand generation at end user level by building strong relationship with ranchers and retailers network.
  • Lead and influence external sales forces (e.g., distributor representatives) to create value for the Envu’s product portfolio.
  • Manage CRM tools and reporting systems to generate demand at the end-user level by analyzing monthly area sales performance and proposing market share growth plans.
  • Monitor and report KPIs to align activities with Envu’s strategic priorities.
  • Effectively manage time and focus across multiple segments within the Range & Pasture market.
  • Develop, present, and lead product line reviews for customers and end users within the assigned territory.
  • Deliver high-level technical product training and ongoing support to key customers and end-user technical directors and managers.
  • Implement and ensure compliance and stewardship with sales policies.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report market trends and competitor activities.
  • Manage customer complaints and inquiries within the territory in collaboration with stewardship managers.

ARE YOU READY FOR THE ROLE?

Main requirements:

  • BS with minimum of 5 years relevant expertise and relationship in livestock and rangeland
  • Solid experience in closing sales, commercial business development and technical knowledge.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities result oriented and able to work under pressure.
  • High capacity to define priorities and time allocation.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills
  • Exceptional presentation and Value Selling skills, including use of CRM and reporting systems.
  • Ability to sell/execute integrated customer programs and incentives
  • Basic Financial Acumens
