You’re not dialing strangers all day—homeowners already know our brand. Your job is to build rapport, understand their needs, and get them excited about meeting with our Design Consultants. Every conversation is a chance to win, grow, and earn.

• Engage with warm leads through outbound and inbound calls
• Understand homeowner needs and clearly explain solutions
• Build quick trust through active listening and great communication
• Schedule in-home consultations for our Design Consultants

• High-volume call center or inside sales experience
• Comfortable working in a goal-driven, fast-paced environment
• Strong objection handling & active listening
• Experience using CRM and lead-management tools
