The Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater St. Louis area. This position is responsible for identifying prospective clients, conducting outreach, and presenting Fusion Tech Companies’ electrical and media design solutions in a compelling and consultative manner. Day-to-day tasks include managing the sales pipeline, qualifying leads, preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and closing deals in alignment with company goals.
The Sales Specialist will collaborate with design and technical teams to ensure accurate scoping of client needs, provide ongoing customer support, and maintain long-term relationships. The role also involves tracking sales performance, participating in product and service training, and contributing feedback to improve offerings and sales processes.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to present solutions clearly, listen actively, and tailor messages to diverse audiences.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to respond promptly to inquiries, resolve issues, and create positive client experiences.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to prospect, qualify leads, manage pipelines, and close opportunities effectively.

- Additional beneficial qualifications include experience in B2B sales, familiarity with electrical or media design solutions, proficiency with CRM software, and strong organizational and time-management skills.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
