Now we're building our North America GTM team from the ground up — and this is one of the first sales seats on the field.
Whatyou'lldo- Prospecting&lead generation:Identifyandtargetpotentialcustomersthroughresearch,networking,andcoldcalling.
Buildnewrelationshipswithourenterprisecustomersandprospectstodriverevenue,pipeline,anddeploymentcapacity. - Manage relationships:Buildandmaintainstrongrelationshipswithkeydecision-makersandstakeholderswithourlargestcustomers.
Serveastheirprimarypointofcontactandexceedtheirexpectations. - Negotiating&closingcomplexdealcycles:Leadnegotiationswithexistingandprospectivecustomers,addressingobjectionsandclosingdeals.
Navigatecontractsandagreementsquicklyandeffectively,workingcloselywithlegalandfinancestakeholders. - Sales strategy&planning:Developandexecutesalesstrategiestomeetorexceedsalestargets.
Crafttailoredsalespresentationsandproposalsthatmeetourenterprisecustomersneeds.
Collaboratewithourmarketingteamtoimplementeffectivesalescampaignsandpresentations. - Helpdefineoursalesmotion:We’reanearlyteam,andyourworkwilldirectlyimpacthowourGTMfunctionoperatesandsucceeds.
- Collaborate cross functionally:WorkcloselywithourbroaderGTMteam,aswellasourproduct,technicalandoperationsorgstodeliverourindustry-leadingproduct.
- Experienced enterprise seller: 5+ years in strategic or enterprise SaaS sales with a strong record of closing and expanding 6 or 7-figure deals.
- Enterpriseexperience:Experiencemanaginga $1M+quota,andrunningend-to-endcomplexdeals.
- Strongcommunicationskills:Exceptionalverbalandwrittencommunicationabilities.
- Analytical mindset:Abilitytoanalyzemarkettrends,identify opportunities,andmakedata-drivendecisions.
- Prospecting&lead generation:Proventrackrecordofidentifyingandtargetingpotentialenterpriseclientsthroughresearch,networking,andcoldcalling.
- Industryknowledge:FamiliaritywiththeAIlandscape,keyplayers,andemergingtrends.
- ExperiencebuildingGTMstrategies:Buildingsalesteamsandsalesmotionsfromscratch,orfromearlystagegrowth.
