Part Time New Home Sales Assistant - St. Charles

McBride Homes is looking for Part‑Time Sales Assistants to work in the St. Charles County area. McBride is Missouri’s largest home builder and an industry leader in residential new home construction. With an expected 1,000 closings in 2026, McBride Homes is proud to be recognized as the 33rd largest privately‑owned builder in the United States and the 69th largest overall according to Builder Magazine.

This position is 2–3 days a week plus occasional weekends. Hours are 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m., except Tuesdays and Thursdays when the hours are 10:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. Pay rate: $15.00 per hour.

Take home buyers on a tour of our display homes and explain floor plans and unique features.

Schedule appointments, follow up with prospects, perform administrative tasks, and keep the sales office organized.

Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor, contributing to sales momentum.
