About This RoleWe are seeking a goal‑oriented, motivated, and energetic Sales Representative to join our growing Outside Sales team. This B2B role provides customers with solutions to their facility services needs through industry‑leading products and hands‑on support. You will build a successful career while supporting customers in getting Ready for the Workday™.
Key responsibilities include:
- Prospecting, developing, and qualifying leads within your territory.
- Utilizing our CRM to identify, prospect, close new business, and consistently achieve weekly sales goals and quotas.
- Applying skills from the Cintas Sales Training Program—cold‑calling, in‑person sales, product demonstrations, negotiations, objection handling, and closing.

Required:
- High School diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), intranet/internet and Contact Management System (CMS)
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Prior sales experience (1+ year), preferably in a similar role.
- Prior B2B new business sales experience.
