Monday - Friday
Pay: $22 per hour plus 10% Monthly Bonus Opportunity

• Personal vehicle, valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and successful completion of a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) screening
• Field‑based role requiring daily travel within assigned territory
• Strong customer experience skills to educate merchants and ensure program understanding

• Visit retail locations within assigned territory and engage with merchants in a professional, relationship‑focused manner
• Introduce and educate new merchants on the client’s financial services and program benefits
• Provide on‑site support, answer questions, and address concerns to ensure merchant understanding and confidence
• Place and maintain point‑of‑sale materials and branding in‑store
• Document visits and track activity using mobile tools and reporting systems
• Work closely with leadership to ensure territory goals and coverage expectations are met
• Maintain professional interaction with merchants and fellow employees, and attempt to place point‑of‑purchase signage externally and/or internally
• Audit and record competitive products, promotions, merchandising, displays, and merchant feedback

• Meet or exceed quarterly visit goals
• Meet or exceed weekly in‑store time goals
• Visit multiple store locations on a daily and weekly basis
• Effectively schedule store visits two weeks or more in advance
• Effectively execute assigned activities inside each location during all visits
• Demonstrate ability to establish and influence business relationships through merchant awareness, POP placement and consistent productivity
• Record and maintain appropriate documentation for each visit

• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• Six (6) months prior sales, promotion, retail, or marketing experience
• Demonstrated knowledge of products and services
• Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem‑solving skills
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
• Ability to lift and carry up to 15 lbs. at a time
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, team environment
• Ability to maintain customer confidentiality
• Reliable transportation within assigned territory
