You assess the exterior, capture photos, explain next steps, and prepare them for the insurance process. By afternoon, you’re measuring a second property and lining up a signed restoration agreement. Evening brings a few more doors and follow-ups — because when storms hit, that’s when our neighbors need us most.

The Role This is a commission-forward, field-based sales position focused on helping homeowners navigate inspections, insurance claims, and exterior restoration — from the first conversation to a signed agreement.

Meet customers at their homes following storm events

Perform roof and exterior inspections; document storm damage

Educate homeowners on the restoration and insurance claims process

Measure exteriors and produce accurate estimates

Develop your own pipeline while also working company-supplied leads

Classroom sessions on storm damage, construction fundamentals, and insurance workflows

Ride-alongs and live inspections with seasoned reps

Role-play and objection-handling practice

Compensation & Benefits $150,000 on-target earnings; year-one average ~$100K;
Top 25%: $200K+;
Top rep (2025): $300K+Base salary plus commission structure
