Position Title: Security Officer - Clearance Required Reception

Location: Saint Charles, MO

Schedule: Tuesday and Wednesday, 07:00 AM – 03:00 PM

Pay Rate: $23.27 per hour

Type: Part Time

• Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by following security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and emergency response activities at an aerospace & defense location.
• Control access to facilities and restricted areas by verifying identification, managing visitor processing, and documenting entries and exits in accordance with post orders.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, production areas, and perimeter routes to deter unauthorized activity or policy violations.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly, coordinating notifications and documenting actions taken.
• Complete security‑related reports, logs and required documentation, and communicate observations to Allied Universal leadership and/or site contacts.

• Minimum of 1 or more years of security‑related experience.
• Active DoD Secret clearance.
• Be 21 or more years of age.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Undergo background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Undergo a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• Valid driver's license required for driving positions only.
