Allied Universal - Up to $18.05/hour - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients and site personnel by following Allied Universal post orders, security-related procedures, and site-specific policies, and by assisting with emergency response activities when appropriate.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of office, campus, and/or data center areas, including interior spaces, exterior grounds, and perimeter points to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.;
Monitor access points and security-related systems such as CCTV, alarm panels, and access control, and report issues or irregularities per site procedures.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, de-escalating conflicts when possible and requesting appropriate assistance when needed.;
Document patrol activity, incidents, and unusual observations in written and/or electronic reports, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
