Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology-focused location;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and building perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues;
Monitor access points, verify credentials when required, and help manage visitor flow and/or deliveries in accordance with site requirements and posted instructions;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site contacts and/or public services as directed;
Complete security-related reports and logs, communicate observations to site leadership, and follow post orders for shift briefings, handoffs, and escalation procedures
