Security​/Bouncer

Hotshots Sports Bar & Grill is looking for reliable, guest-friendly Door Security team members to help us maintain a safe, welcoming, and fun atmosphere for everyone who walks through our doors.

You’ll be the first impression guests get — checking IDs, managing the door, and ensuring every shift stays smooth, safe, and under control. If you’re confident, professional, and cool under pressure, this is the role for you.

• Greet guests with a friendly, respectful presence at the door

• Check IDs and enforce age requirements with accuracy and professionalism

• Collect and manage cover charges (when applicable), handling cash responsibly

• Monitor guest behavior and maintain a safe, enjoyable environment

• De-escalate situations and address issues before they become problems

• Work closely with managers and staff to uphold all safety and conduct policies

• Assist with general cleanliness and safety on the floor during busy shifts

• Strong communication and situational awareness skills

• Ability to stay calm, respectful, and in control during high-pressure situations

• Professional appearance and demeanor

• Dependability and a team-first attitude

• Must be 21 years of age or older

• Experience in bar/venue security is a plus, but not required
