Will Scot Corporation - - - Responsibilities:
Inspect modular buildings and perform repairs across framing, carpentry, electrical, flooring, plumbing, and painting;
Perform check-in/out inspections of off-rented buildings to determine repair scope and damages;
Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, parts and perform related paperwork for deliveries and service calls;
Ensure trailers are ready for scheduled deliveries and perform yard service tasks;
Conduct HVAC system checks and maintenance per company guidelines
