Kennedy Painting, the largest residential painting company in St. Louis, is hiring an Experienced Lead Painter to help guide our team on residential and commercial projects throughout the region. • Lead by Example – Deliver consistent, high-quality prep and painting work on every job site.
• Manage Crews & Job Sites – Oversee a team of painters, keeping projects on track and up to Kennedy Painting standards.
• Ensure Quality & Cleanliness – Maintain clean job sites, protect property, and perform thorough final walkthroughs.
• Train & Develop Your Team – Provide hands-on field coaching to improve efficiency and skill.
• Communicate with Clients – Set expectations, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction throughout the project.
• Stay Organized – Order materials, manage sundries, and coordinate job transitions smoothly.
• Collaborate with Leadership – Keep the office updated and attend operations meetings as needed.

• 5+ years of professional painting experience
• Leadership experience or readiness to lead a crew
• Valid driver’s license and personal insurance
• Reliable transportation to job sites
• Ability to lift 30 lbs and climb ladders up to 32 feet
• A smartphone and strong communication skills
