As an Restoration Support Technician at Woodard, you'll help keep restoration projects moving by delivering equipment, supporting crews, and making sure the right tools are in the right place at the right time. If you like staying active, working independently, and being part of a team that helps people recover after unexpected events, this role may be a great fit.
What You'll Do- Safely drive company vehicles to deliver and pick up restoration equipment
- Set up and collect drying and restoration equipment on job sites
- Keep equipment organized, accounted for, and ready for use
- Assist crews and the logistics team during busy periods
- Help maintain a clean, orderly vehicle and warehouse space
- Support emergency response work through scheduled on-call rotation
- Prefer being on the move instead of sitting at a desk
- Take pride in safe driving and doing things the right way
- Stay productive without needing constant supervision
- Are comfortable with physical work and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Enjoy helping others and being part of a dependable team
- An impeccable driving record and a valid Class E driver's license (required within 30 days - we'll help you get it)
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
- Willingness to work flexible hours and occasional on-call rotation
- No restoration experience required - training provided
