• Review projects with Design Consultants and confirm accurate window and door measurements.
• Determine which jobs qualify for remote measuring and coordinate onsite measures when needed.
• Partner with the Project Manager Admin to schedule any non-remote measurement appointments.
• Support customers and Design Consultants by providing measurement guidance, operating direction, and installation requirements.
• Submit all tech measure files within 24 hours for quick project turnaround.
• Track remote projects and provide updates to the Senior Project Manager.
• Verify product details, materials, and installation needs.
• Complete accurate cut lists and material lists.
• Document all field notes and photos using Field Service Lightning.

• Experience measuring windows, installing windows/doors, doing carpentry, or similar field tech work strongly preferred.
• Detail‑oriented, accurate, and confident in taking precise measurements.
• Comfortable supporting customers and partnering with multiple teams.
• Ability to manage rotating hours while working remotely.
