Will Scot Corporation - - Responsibilities:
Inspect buildings and perform repairs or readiness work including framing and finish carpentry, light electrical, flooring, plumbing, painting, running gear, and more to our fleet of modular buildings;
Perform check-in/out inspections of off rented buildings and determine repair scope for invoicing;
Create floor plan drawings as needed and perform modifications requested by customers;
Maintain inventory levels of equipment/tools/parts for service tasks;
Explain repairs and services to customers and ensure trailers are ready for delivery dates
