Maintenance Technician II

As a Maintenance Technician II, you'll take the lead on maintaining and repairing our facilities—ensuring every space meets safety, comfort, and compliance standards that support quality care. From performing skilled trade work to assisting with small in-house projects, your expertise helps sustain the environments where healing and hope thrive.

Key Responsibilities- Perform maintenance and repairs across facilities while ensuring compliance with local building, safety, and fire codes.
- Enter and track work orders using the computerized maintenance management system.
- Work independently to diagnose and resolve maintenance issues using a variety of tools and techniques.
- Assist with in-house facility projects and collaborate with other maintenance team members to ensure timely completion.
- Maintain a safe and organized workspace, following all regulatory and safety procedures.
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Work Experience/Training/Additional Requirements- At least three (3) years of experience in maintenance, carpentry, or a similar skilled trade preferred
- Skilled in at least one (1) trade preferred
- Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance methods and procedures preferred
- Familiarity with regulatory standards, safety requirements, and equipment operation preferred
- Working knowledge and ability to perform general building repair practices and methods preferred
- A valid driver's license at the time of hire required
- Enjoy hands-on work that keeps buildings safe, functional, and welcoming.
- Have experience with trades or building systems and like seeing the impact of your skills every day.
- Are dependable, proactive, and capable of working independently.
