Location: St. Charles
Rail Pros is hiring a Roadway Worker in Charge (RWIC) to perform on-site roadway worker protection for activities on and around live railroad tracks. The RWIC will coordinate job sites, manage dispatcher/train communications, and oversee on-track safety in both controlled and non-controlled track areas.
Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or GED and at least two years in track/construction. KCS On Track Worker knowledge is a plus, with proficiency in radios and standard office
