Amusement Game and ATM Technician

Field Service Technician – ATM & Amusement Equipment Keep entertainment running. Solve problems. Work independently.

Are you mechanically inclined and enjoy troubleshooting electrical or electronic equipment? We're looking for a dependable Field Service Technician to install, maintain, and repair ATMs and amusement equipment at customer locations throughout the area. If you enjoy working with your hands, solving technical problems, and being on the road, this is an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career.

What You'll DoInstall, configure, and set up ATMs and amusement equipment.

Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues.

Perform preventative maintenance to maximize equipment uptime.

Replace components such as bill validators, card readers, monitors, wiring, buttons, and other machine parts.

Update machine software and firmware as needed.

Restock and service machines during scheduled visits.

Provide professional customer service while communicating with clients and internal teams.

What We're Looking For Valid Class E driver's license with a good driving record.

Mechanical aptitude with basic electrical troubleshooting skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Ability to read technical manuals and wiring diagrams is a plus.

Experience servicing arcade games, vending machines, kiosks, ATMs, or similar equipment is preferred but not required.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Physical Requirements Lift up to 75 pounds.

Frequently bend, kneel, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.

Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the day.

Schedule Monday–Friday schedule.

One weekend every 3–4 weeks.

Emergency on-call rotation 1–2 days per week.

Occasional overnight travel.

Pay & Benefits $20–$22/hour, based on experience.
