Location:

Downtown – St. Louis, MO

• Inspect plumbing installations, fixtures, and materials for compliance with applicable codes.
• Respond to complaints from the public regarding plumbing code violations.
• Place stop‑work orders for non‑permitted jobs.
• Inspect buildings to approve occupancy.
• Complete and submit inspection reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

  Ability to operate equipment such as motor vehicles and tools related to inspections.

  Ability to utilize reference data such as inspection reports, blueprints, plumbing codes, and ordinances.

  Ability to perform basic arithmetic calculations.

  Ability to apply rational system principles, interpret instructions, and exercise independent judgment.

Five years of experience as a licensed Journeyman or Master Plumber.

Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.

Must obtain a St. Louis City Plumbing License and certification in International Code Council (ICC) Property Maintenance Code by the end of the working test period.
