Will Scot Corporation - - Responsibilities:
Inspect buildings for repairs and readiness work including framing and finish carpentry, light electrical, flooring, plumbing, painting, running gear, and other repairs to modular buildings;
Perform check-in/out inspections of rented/off-rent buildings to determine repair scope and damages for invoicing;
Create floor plan drawings as needed and perform modifications as requested by customers;
Maintain inventory levels of tools, parts, and equipment needed for service tasks;
Provide courteous customer service and explain repairs and services to customers
