Oak View Group - - Responsibilities:
Perform regular maintenance on facility systems including pumps, motors, filtering devices, air conditioning and heating equipment, and other mechanical devices;
Respond to emergency repair requests, diagnose problems, and either make repairs or escalate to supervisor;
Operate a wide variety of maintenance equipment (saws, drills, torches, sanders, cutters, grinders);
Drive vehicles and equipment as required (vans, pickups, forklifts, high-lifts, floor scrubbers);
Read blueprints and manufacturer specifications to determine best methods for tasks
