We are seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the property's buildings, apartments, grounds, and equipment to ensure a safe, attractive, and well-maintained community. This position requires a motivated professional who can work independently while providing outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities- Complete service requests promptly and professionally.
- Perform apartment turns, including repairs, painting, and punch-out work.
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general building systems.
- Conduct preventative maintenance on community equipment and common areas.
- Maintain property appearance, including grounds and amenities.
- Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergency maintenance.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company policies and local building codes.
- Maintain accurate records of completed work orders and inventory.
- 3+ years of apartment maintenance experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, appliance repair, and general carpentry.
- EPA Certification (Universal or Type II) preferred.
- Ability to troubleshoot maintenance issues efficiently.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
