Work is based in the St. Charles area, outdoors, Monday–Friday days, with the union providing insurance after 500 hours and a comprehensive benefits package for the employee and family.
Ideal candidates are physically conditioned for challenging manual labor, able to handle weather variations, and willing to train newer team members while meeting project deadlines.
