If you come from the trades — carpentry, window installation, remodeling, or general construction — and you understand how critical accurate measurements and correct ordering are to a successful job, this position is a great fit.

We’re looking for someone who has worked with windows from start to finish:
Measuring openings Determining correct sizing and configurations Ordering materials Understanding how the install will go

This role is ideal for a skilled carpenter or installer who wants to use their expertise without the heavy labor of full‑time installation.

Perform accurate, detailed measurements for custom window and door replacements.

Determine correct product sizing, configurations, and installation requirements.

Submit precise orders to ensure a perfect fit every time.

Verify materials and products before installation.

Identify structural issues, rot, or framing concerns during site visits.

Understand how the installation will be executed and flag potential challenges early.

Work closely with Design Consultants and installers to ensure smooth project flow.

Use tablets, apps, and digital tools to record measurements, notes, and photos.

Maintain accurate project files and submit reports on time.

Communicate professionally with homeowners during onsite visits.

Explain installation expectations clearly and confidently.

Provide a positive, knowledgeable customer experience.

Required: Experience measuring and ordering windows (not just installing).

Background in carpentry, remodeling, window/door installation, or similar trades.

Ability to read a tape measure, understand framing, and visualize the install.

Strong attention to detail — accuracy matters.

Good communication and customer service skills.

$26–$30 per hour + monthly bonuses up to $1,200
