Senior Maintenance Technician

Nike is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician to keep our Beaverton retail and facility operations running at peak performance. In this role, you'll troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and building systems, perform preventive maintenance, and respond to urgent issues to minimize downtime. You'll collaborate with store and operations teams, support remodels and installations, and uphold strict safety and compliance standards in a fast-paced, innovative, and team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on store and facility equipment, including HVAC, lighting, and building systems
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues to minimize downtime and support uninterrupted retail operations
• Execute work orders, document repairs, and maintain accurate maintenance logs and asset records
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs, inspections, and safety compliance
• Ensure all maintenance activities meet safety, regulatory, and company standards
• Support store remodels, installations, and equipment upgrades as needed
• Monitor building systems performance and recommend improvements for reliability and efficiency
• Respond to urgent maintenance requests and provide on-call support as required
