Healing Action is a survivor-founded and led non-profit organization dedicated to supporting male and female adult survivors of sex trafficking and commercial sexual exploitation. Through trauma-informed direct services, the organization strives to make a meaningful impact on clients' lives. Healing Action also leads the Missouri Coalition Against Trafficking & Exploitation to provide awareness, training, and community collaboration. The mission is to end commercial sexual exploitation through awareness, advocacy, and a comprehensive range of services, partnering with survivors and the community in Greater St.

Louis and beyond.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater St. Louis area for a Clinical Service Manager. The Clinical Service Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting survivors of human trafficking by providing comprehensive, trauma informed case management services aimed at enhancing client’s stability, well-being and self sifficiency. This full time position involves working with individual survivors to assess their needs, develop individualized service plans and connect them with essential resources including housing, healthcare, employment and kegal support.

Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, the position offers emotional support, crisis intervention and ongoing assistance to navigate complex systems, fostering a safe and empowering environment for healing and growth.

Qualifications
  • Expertise in Clinical Services and a strong understanding of trauma-informed care practices
  • Knowledge and experience in the fields of Mental Health and Healthcare
  • Identify with Healing Actions organizational values of collaboration, self-determination, well-being, authenticity, transparency and quality.
  • Demonstrates rights-based, harm reduction and social justice framework.
  • Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field preferred
  • Have a valid drivers license and and ability to obtain class E
  • Experience working with survivors of trauma or vulnerable populations is a plus
  • Ability to pass criminal background check
