Bachelor degree required in social work or counseling. - Other:
Co-worker must be able to communicate orally and in writing. Must have basic phone skills, be able to listen and to understand and explain complex situations. Must understand behavioral health issues, facility programs, insurance information and community resources as well as being able to communicate that knowledge to callers.
