⏳ Assignment: 13 weeks | October 5, 2026 – January 3, 2027
🏥 Setting: Primarily Inpatient Psychiatry
We are seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (NP) for an immediate locum opportunity in St. Charles, Missouri.
Schedule- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- One rotating weekend per month
- No call
- Primarily inpatient psychiatric coverage
- Manage approximately 20–25 patients per day
- Mix of new and existing patients
- Patient population primarily ages 17–68, with potential patients as young as 12
- Small outpatient department with no set schedule
- Work alongside psychiatrists and experienced NP team
- Approximately 6 providers on-site each weekday
- Weekend coverage includes one additional provider
- EMR: Well Sky
- No telehealth
- No Suboxone certification required
- No BC/BE requirement
- Experience may be accepted in lieu of fellowship
- Active Missouri NP license
- BLS & CPR certification
- Psychiatric/mental health NP experience preferred
- Local candidates only
